The Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics offers 1-2 postdoc positions in genetic epidemiology

Duties:
 The main responsibilities are to perform research and be involved in supervision of PhD students. The work tasks involve performing genetic assessment of testicular and prostate cancer cancer including, but not restricted to, GWAS, copy number assessment, transcriptome wide association (TWAS) assessment and pathway enrichment analysis, as well as development of efficient prediction models of molecular features based on genome wide genotyping.
Entry requirements: PhD degree with focus on statistics, biostatistics, genetic epidemiology, computing science or a closely related field, obtained no more than seven years before the last date of employment as postdoc.
